Chan On Tuesday, July 26, 2011 in Malaysia After searching high and low to purchase the exact size tyre for my car, I chance upon this website while driving. What I wanted was not listed and have requested Celine to help me search for the right tyre. Her service was excellent as she make the effort to look for the tyres I wanted. Despite not being able to get what I wanted, she recommended the kumhos and I am very happy with the performance. Really like this website as it eases your tyre purchases experience without being hassled and pressured by tyre shops to get what u don't want. Price wise it's competitive but for such service, I think its really good. Will definitely recommend to friends and definitely recommended for people who knows what tyres they want and dont like being pushed around by sales ppl.

Ahmir On Wednesday, July 28, 2010 in Malaysia I'm having a bad nighmare when a single big nail punctured my new tyre of my new 3 weeks Honda Stream RSZ. The stock tyre Yokohama E70 205/55R17 was not available in the maket, even Honda Malaysia unable to help me. Price quoted by one of Honda agent in Johor Bahru is ridiculous, about RM2000 per piece!!!! Million thanks to Tyrepac esp Celine who help me to search for this tyre. She is very helpful and efficient. Two thumbs up for your excellent service.

They provide a one stop solution and will help you to source your tyres. I do not think those tyre shops will help you on this as they will only try to recommend and sell off their current stocks on hand. Thanks to the effort provided by Celine. I manage to get my tyres from Tyrepac Singapore, as my tyre requirements were no where to be found in Malaysia.

It was great to be able to explore for myself the tyres I need and buy it online. Saves me the hassle of price negotiations, and the feeling of uncertainty walking into a workshop- especially as a female. Adrian have patiently explain the the question I have given to him and recommended tyre to suite my driving style. While Celine follow up with me on the stock and price of the tyre. Fitment was done at tayaria, I would say ok nothing spectacular but would prefer them to use torque wrench when lock the screw. Alignment was straight too. I would not hesitate to buy from Tyrepac again provided price is right : ).
